These instructions allow you to setup and schedule Online Office Hours by setting a recurring meeting and having students RSVP by emailing you.

You will need to schedule Zoom Meetings for your online office hours. We suggest that you schedule a recurring meeting during the time you desire to have online office hours.

Office hours will be xxxxxxx, every xxxxxx throughout the course. Please schedule your appointment 24 hours in advance, by contacting me through the Canvas Inbox or Help menu located along the purple navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Please make the subject of the email Online Office Hours and Your Name.

CHROME IS THE RECOMMENDED BROWSER FOR ONLINE ROOMS

Online office hours will by hosted in the Online Room for this course. To access that room please follow the instructions below.

Click "Zoom" in the left navigation menu
Click "Join" for the desired Meeting.
